My daughter brought this recipe home from her summer cooking school and she made this slider for Father's Day. The jerk sauce is out of this world. We had extra jerk sauce left and I used it to marinade some chicken and grilled it on my George Foreman. It turned out excellent, and it was ready in 5 minutes. This is a very versatile sauce. Thank You!
