Spaghetti Garlic Bread
1 loaf Rhodes Bread Dough, thawed to room temperature
6-ounces spaghetti, cooked
1 cup marinara sauce
8-ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 –inch cubes
1 egg white, lightly beaten
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray the paper with Pam.
Roll loaf into a 12×16-inch rectangle atop parchment paper. Carefully transfer to the parchment lined baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and then return to pot and stir in marinara sauce.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove wrap from dough. Mound spaghetti, lengthwise, in a 4-inch strip down the center of dough. Top with cheese cubes.
Brush the top of the braid with egg white and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes then slice to serve.
