Friday funnies

It seems as though most of you really enjoyed the Friday Funnies that I posted a couple of weeks ago. In fact, some asked that I make it a regular feature. I’m not sure I can do that… but I do have more for today.

sad but true

Sad, but oh so true!

fruity

YES!!! It does!

bruised

… and on their arms and hips too!

drive

This one is posted for my sweet girl, Marissa! But, it’s more than OK – I love getting calls from her, no matter when or from wherever!  <3

oops

This happens to me way too often!

We all know someone like this…

social

Oh, what a good idea!

jail

Yep!

naptime

Seriously!

uno

This is a special one for my MIL. Not because she is “the jerk that hits you with the Draw Four” (we all do that!)  Rather, because we love playing UNO and SKIPPO when we visit her in Illinois.

Hope you all have a great weekend! xoxo

Haha I thought 6 p.m. on weeknight was just the best time for you to talk….

I wrote a comment earlier but I did not think it took – I just found your blog and stopped because its name sounds familiar (cela me rappele quelque chose.) Your illustrations are so amusing and to the point. I like the card asking to be available for talking …If it were not for being on a cell phone while driving I would not hear from my daughters often! I’ll come back to look at your back posts.

Dear Vagabonde, that is exactly how it is with me and my 25 yr old daughter, who lives in California. She nearly always calls me on her drive home from work. Not that I mind, I’ll talk to her anytime she’s able. I went to your blog, you are quite the world traveler! I’m very envious. And I wish I could say I spoke French, but my 2 years of high school French didn’t stick with me much. I’m most fluent in French food words… that’s about it. I did use Google Translate (it reminds me of something) for your phrase. 🙂 Thank you for all your recent comments and for checking in on the blog. Next time, leave me your name, if you’d like. Best wishes (or according to Google Translate – meilleurs vœux), Linda
